Upstate Niagara Cooperative is made up of around 270 family-owned farms. Our mission is to partner with our customers to make and market the highest quality dairy-based products, while creating a rewarding work environment for our employees.

Our Upstate Farms and Valley Farms brands provide fresh milk, cream, and ice cream mix to customers in New York and Pennsylvania. No party is complete without our award-winning Bison Dip.
